Collective agreements
Your collective agreement sets out your rights and responsibilities at work. If you have any concerns about your treatment, please talk to your steward or a member of the executive.
Bylaws
Our bylaws set out the rules for how our local democratically elects our representatives, and how it is run.
- We are currently undergoing the process of bylaw amendments. The bylaws linked on this page will be updated as soon as we have voted in favour of the proposed amendments and have them approved by CUPE National.
Benefits
Benefits for CUPE 5100 members are decided as part of the bargaining process and are provided through EWBT. If you feel you are being unreasonably denied benefits you should receive, talk to a member of the executive.
Pensions
CUPE 5100 members have bargained pensions that are provided through the OMERS pension plan. If you have questions about your pension rights and can't get a good answer from the employer, talk to a member of the executive.
